By using Blinkar, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Blinkar is an AI-powered travel companion that provides contextual guidance based on your location, preferences, and surroundings. The service includes voice and text-based interaction, proactive recommendations, navigation assistance, and schedule management.

Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
• You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You understand that AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole source of critical information.

Paying for Gara — Travel Days

Gara is not a subscription. Access is bought as a consumable in-app purchase called a Travel Day.

• One Travel Day gives you 24 consecutive hours of full access, counted from the moment you tap Begin Travel Day. It cannot be paused, stopped, or split across more than one calendar day.
• A Travel Day is consumed when you start it, not when you buy it. Unused Travel Days stay in your balance and do not expire.
• Every new device receives one free Travel Day. It is granted once per device and reinstalling the app does not grant another.
• Travel Days do not renew automatically. Nothing is ever charged without you completing a purchase through Apple.
• All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. We can neither charge you nor refund you directly.
• Travel Days have no cash value, cannot be transferred between devices or people, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Prices may change. A price change never affects Travel Days you have already bought.

Some parts of the app stay available without a Travel Day, including Memories, your schedule, your saved places, and settings. Which parts are free may change over time, but we will not take away access to memories you have already recorded.

Service Availability

Gara needs an internet connection and our servers to work. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption. If a running Travel Day is spoiled by an outage on our side, write to us and we will make it right.

AI-Generated Content

Blinkar uses AI to generate responses and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Information about places, directions, schedules, and recommendations should be verified independently when accuracy is critical.

Location Services

The service requires access to your device's location to function. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the service's functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Blinkar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate directions, incorrect information about places, or missed schedule notifications.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
